Manager Youth Skills development (Future Skills)

Location: Ahmedabad

Education: Graduation/Postgraduation/ Engineering in computer science, IT with sound knowledge and hands on experience in trades like data analytics, advance excel, Power Bi, Artificial intelligence etc.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in development design and management of youth skills and placement programmes with focus on future skills particularly IT/ITeS domain.

Skills & Competencies required
  • Design and update IT/ITeS job-role-based curriculum aligned with industry needs and future skills.

  • Strategic planning to align the programme with industry needs and on-demand digital skills.

  • Networking and partnership building with key stakeholders for successful implementation of the project. 

  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer (ToT) sessions and ensure quality delivery.

  • Integrate employability and digital skills into training programs.

  • Build and maintain employer partnerships for placement opportunities.

  • Monitor training quality, learner progress, and placement outcomes.

  • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with program guidelines.

Job Profile
