Skills & Competencies required
Strong presentation and information management abilities

Experience of working with small ruminant projects would be an added advantage.

Job Profile
Plan and implement efforts towards strengthening processes & activities formulated under Project.
Capacity building of goat and Poultry rearers by ensuring delivery of key training modules on goat and Poultry health and management, women’s empowerment, community institutions etc. at the village/hamlet level
Promotion and strengthening of goat and poultry producer groups and support in the promotion of farmers producer company.
Support to Pashu Sakhis in mobilization of community and their supply chain management.
Provide handholding support to the Pashu Sakhis in the updation of data in the Project MIS, highlighting any challenges faced for corrective action.
Ensure timely reporting of field activities (training data, project activity data, etc.)
Support in reporting of quarterly/half yearly/annual reports for the project.
Ensure documentation and data recording on all project activities.
Identification and documentation of best practices.
Ensure timely supply of project material at field level.
Timely submission of expenditure to the cluster office and ensure timely settlement of all bills and vouchers.
Submit a monthly report of activities undertaken, adequately detailing challenges faced and corrective action taken, and also submit a plan for the following month
Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the organization from time to time.
